Zusammenfassung

Affirm is seeking a people leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies that enable servicing operations to scale efficiently while delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and merchants.

As a manager within the Operations Enablement team, you will own team-level strategy and lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives tied to strategic priorities.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years scaling operations and coaching team members.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR) and dispute handling.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy, OKRs, and business priorities.
• Define program roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Operations to drive measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance and communications for status, risks, and impact.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions with stakeholders.
