Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define strategies to enable efficient scaling while maintaining outstanding customer and merchant outcomes.

As part of the Operations Enablement team you will own cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into scalable capabilities, and ensure readiness through documentation, change management, and measurement across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or product operations in large-scale or global operations.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, AI tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps and track KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma and change management to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Create manuals and resources for human and AI agents with product/engineering partners.
• Develop and manage knowledge ecosystem (SOPs, learning platforms).
• Oversee training programs from onboarding to product rollouts with measurement.
