Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in consumer goods.
• Experience with Sporting Goods, Outdoor, or Lifestyle channels.
• Bi-lingual English/French is a strong plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue growth and sell-through at retail POS.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial and Leadership on omnichannel plans for Canada.
• Set robust KPIs with Sales Leadership.
• Ensure service coverage of the account base.
• Lead the external Canadian rep force.
• Coordinate with Sales Support for GTM processes in Canada.
• Onboard and grow new distribution.
• Maintain premier brand presence in bricks-and-mortar and online.
• Forecast accurately with demand and supply planning.
• Deliver results while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
