A typical day:Lead, mentor, and develop a national team of District Sales Managers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional dealer support.Drive sales growth through strategic business development initiatives, market expansion efforts, and territory optimization.Establish and manage annual sales forecasts, wholesale objectives, and inventory planning processes.Analyze market data and dealer performance to drive business decisions.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with dealers and key business partners across Canada.Support product launches by gathering market intelligence and providing strategic feedback to internal and external stakeholders.Conduct regular business reviews, develop action plans, and improve performance across dealer networks and sales territories.Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, dealer meetings, and key customer engagements.
