Job summary

nVent is seeking a strategic sales professional to drive revenue across Canada for CADDY, GARDNER BENDER and related brands. You will manage key accounts, lead distributors, and coordinate training while delivering compelling value propositions.

The role supports remote work from the Toronto or Montreal area with roughly half-year travel to customer sites and projects. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
• 5+ years outside sales/territory management in electrical/mechanical sales.
• Experience working with end-user customers on projects.
• Experience leading direct reports or 3rd party agents.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for multiple product lines across Canada.
• Lead 3rd party sales agents and set territory strategy.
• Build relationships with end-user customers and distributors.
• Travel ~50% within the sales region; remote work from home office feasible.
