Job summary

BeMo is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team remotely in Canada. The role focuses on engaging with warm leads, educating prospective students about BeMo’s offerings, and converting inquiries into paying students while also supporting current students via email, phone, and live chat.

You will maintain student records, analyze data in Excel, and develop strategies to improve acquisition and service.

Qualifications

• Zero experience required, but 3–5 years in sales preferred.
• Proficient with technology and learning new tools.
• Strong online research skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospective students about products and services via email, phone, and live chat and convert them into paying students.
• Provide exceptional customer support to current students via email, phone, and live chat.
• Create and maintain detailed student records and records of student acquisition.
• Continuously create and implement new strategies to improve customer support and student acquisition.
• Provide administrative support by helping consultants with troubleshooting and data analysis in Excel.
• Handle highly confidential documents with extreme care.
