Job summary

Infobip ltd. in Canada is seeking a motivated Customer Success/Sales Associate to help elevate customer experience, identify growth opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams on a remote basis.

You will engage Self-Service customers, build relationships, educate on the product, and contribute to adoption, retention, and value realization. English fluency and at least 1 year in a similar role are required; French or Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
• Strong presentation and demo skills - able to articulate technical solutions and ROI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient user of Excel.
• Highly fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Proactively working on hand-raisers and inquiries from Self-Service customers to ensure high-quality experience and growth.
• Building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities for the Infobip sales team.
• Educating the customer base on product nuances to unlock value.
• Increasing user adoption/activation and improving UX on Self Service.
• Retaining current customers and analyzing their consumption.
