MCI is seeking motivated Remote Call Center Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Canada. This role focuses on outbound calls, presenting and selling products to new and existing customers, and achieving sales targets while working from home.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 1–2 years in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset. Relevant call center or remote experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
• Record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and market conditions.
