Lever, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Service Management Transformation Director based in Canada to lead senior-level transformation initiatives across IT and business functions.

The role combines advisory, sales, and delivery leadership to drive multi-year roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You will partner with executives to shape operating models, governance, automation, and AI-enabled service delivery while developing scalable go-to-market strategies and repeatable offerings across strategic

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in consulting or professional services
• 5+ years in client-facing leadership roles
• Experience designing/leading ESM transformations across IT and business functions
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and governance
• Experience with Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Service Management, Confluence)

Aufgaben

• Own the ESM transformation portfolio across strategic and enterprise accounts
• Lead transformation consulting activities from discovery through close
• Develop account strategies to expand ESM adoption and capabilities
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs/COOs/CHROs and other executives
• Identify market needs and convert them into repeatable ESM propositions
• Design end-to-end ESM transformation frameworks
• Lead service management transformation across catalogs, incident, change, and more
• Shape solutions involving Jira Service Management, assets, and automation
• Develop GTM strategies with Sales, Marketing and partners
• Equip Account Executives with discovery frameworks and value materials
• Develop partner-led opportunities and scalable solutions
• Maintain executive alignment and manage delivery risks and value realization
• Mentor consultants and grow the ESM practice
