Job summary

Sparkrock is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own a multi‑million dollar portfolio and drive ERP/SaaS delivery for social sector clients. This fully remote role requires strategic leadership, P&L management, and close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Ownership of P&L and book-of-business across $3–5M portfolio.
• 10–15 years in professional services or software/tech.
• Leadership 3–5 years in a Senior Manager/Director role.
• Oversee portfolio of projects with revenues up to $3–5M.
• Proven profit-margin focus in Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and book-of-business performance for a $3–5M portfolio, driving budgeting and forecasting to maintain profit margins.
• Oversee delivery quality across ERP/SaaS implementations, aligning outcomes with customer needs.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of consultants, analysts, and project managers.
• Serve as senior escalation point for key customers and protect long-term account health.
• Balance resources across engagements to optimize delivery capacity and margin.
• Identify and mitigate delivery and financial risks early.
• Partner with Sales for scoping and pricing of new engagements, without direct selling.
• Drive process improvements across the delivery lifecycle for faster, higher quality outcomes.
• Finalize roadmaps and prioritize tickets with customers.
• Engage directly with customers to understand needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
