Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP Managed Services leader to drive service delivery excellence, growth, and governance across complex engagements in Canada. You will lead strategic engagements, shape offerings, and partner with executives to deliver measurable business outcomes while promoting responsible AI adoption.

You will collaborate with global delivery teams, manage client relationships, and oversee pricing, contracts and quality across multiple SAP initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Managed Services, AMS, or SAP operations.
• Ability to shape, solution, and sell SAP Managed Services engagements.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
