Job summary

ELITS Canada Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Architecture Lead to guide enterprise architecture decisions across complex Salesforce initiatives, supporting operations remotely in Canada.

You will work closely with executives, stakeholders and delivery teams to provide architectural direction, strengthen governance through the Architecture Design Authority, review designs for alignment with business needs, and drive integration, strategy and transformation across Salesforce programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or complex Salesforce delivery environments.
• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, enterprise solution design, and large scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of business architecture, application architecture, information architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with governance frameworks, architecture reviews, and design standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on integrated business and information technology architecture for Salesforce initiatives.
• Support architecture governance, standards, and review processes, including the Architecture Design Authority.
• Review solution and technical designs to ensure alignment with business needs, platform best practices, and enterprise direction.
• Advise on integration strategy, architecture optimization, and technical improvement opportunities.
• Support planning across releases, priorities, and transformation roadmaps.
• Co create playbooks across requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Engage executives, stakeholders, and partners to provide architectural guidance and decision support.
