Job summary

Element Fleet Management in Canada is seeking a Digital Support Engineer to own the enterprise digital support platform strategy, governance, and automation roadmap, guiding architecture and standards across Operations, Commercial, Product, and Technology.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, lead cross‑functional initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities, and develop governance, KPIs, and documentation to support platform maturity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field.
Experience designing, governing, and optimizing enterprise workflow automation or digital platforms.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions and frameworks.
Strong leadership of cross‑functional technical initiatives and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise digital support platform strategy, governance, and long‑term automation roadmap.
Review solution designs, establish technical standards, and resolve architecture decisions.
Lead cross‑functional digital support initiatives across multiple business units and tech teams.
Develop governance, KPIs, governance reporting, and technical documentation.
