Lever, Inc. is seeking a SDLC Transformation Director based in Canada to drive modernization across enterprise software delivery and digital initiatives. You will advise CIOs/CTOs and lead multi-year transformation roadmaps spanning SDLC, DevOps, cloud, security, and AI.

You will partner with sales, consulting, engineering, and partners to shape scalable offerings, manage executive alignment, and ensure measurable value realization for top strategic accounts.

Competenze

• Senior leader with 10+ years in consulting, professional services, or enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to grow multi-million dollar transformation portfolios with sales partners.
• Strong expertise in SDLC modernization, CI/CD, and value-stream metrics.
• Experience applying AI/LLM in enterprise SDLC and DevOps.
• Ability to translate complex tech into executive business outcomes.
