Sparkrock seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to own P&L and the book of business for a $3–$5M ERP/SaaS portfolio. You will lead a diverse services team, set delivery models, and protect margins while delivering high-quality results.

You’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and client relationships; collaborate with Sales on scoping and pricing; and travel 15–20% as needed. This fully remote role is Canada-based.

Competenze

• 10–15 years in professional services or similar roles within software/tech
• 3–5 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager or Director)
• Experience overseeing a portfolio with revenues up to $3–5M
• Proven ability to turn loss positions profitable
• Own ERP/SaaS delivery and direct customer escalations
• Partner with Product/Engineering to challenge scope
• Willingness to travel ~15–20% and work across time zones
