Job summary

Sparkrock is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager/Director of Professional Services to own the P&L and book-of-business for a $3–$5M portfolio. You’ll shape a delivery model, lead a diverse team of consultants and PMs, and serve as senior escalation for major customers while collaborating across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive profitable outcomes.

You will be responsible for budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management, ensuring high-quality ERP/SaaS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or similar roles within software/tech.
• 3-5 years in a leadership/management role (Senior Manager/Director).
• Experience overseeing a portfolio with revenues up to 3-5M USD.
• Proven track record turning loss positions into profitable businesses.
• Hands-on leadership of ERP/SaaS delivery, not pure PMO or internal ops.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and revenue forecasting.
• Based in Canada, eligible to work, travel 15-20%, hours overlapping EST/CST/PST.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and book-of-business performance for a $3–5M portfolio, manage budgeting, revenue forecasting, and costs.
• Oversee delivery quality across ERP/SaaS implementations, align to customer needs.
• Lead and motivate a diverse Professional Services team.
• Serve as senior escalation point for key customers.
• Allocate and balance resources across engagements to optimize delivery and margin.
• Identify delivery and financial risks and implement mitigations.
• Partner with Sales to scope, price, and position new engagements.
• Drive process improvements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Finalize roadmaps and prioritize tickets with stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and ensure positive experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Support.
