Job summary

Sparkrock, a 100% remote organization serving nonprofits, school boards and government agencies, seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to own the P&L and drive profitable engagements across a $3–5M portfolio.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape delivery models around client needs, and partner with Sales to scope and price new work while ensuring high-quality outcomes for social impact customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in professional services or similar roles in software/tech.
• 3-5 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager/Director).
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of projects and P&L up to 3-5M dollars.
• Proven ability to turn loss positions into profitable engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and book-of-business for a $3–5M portfolio of client engagements.
• Oversee delivery quality across ERP/SaaS implementations, adapting to customer needs.
• Lead and develop a diverse Professional Services team of consultants, business analysts, and PMs.
• Act as senior escalation and relationship point for key customers.
• Allocate resources to optimize delivery capacity and margin.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect outcomes and performance.
• Partner with Sales to support scoping, pricing, and positioning of new engagements.
• Drive process improvements across the delivery lifecycle.
