Job summary

Sparkrock is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own P&L and a portfolio of $3–5M, leading ERP/SaaS deployments for social benefit organizations. This fully remote role requires strategic leadership and hands-on delivery while partnering with Sales and Engineering.

You will build and scale a high-performing Professional Services team, drive margins, and shape a delivery model around customer needs, with travel ~15–20% and EST/CST/PST overlap.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in professional services or software/tech industries.
• 3–5 years in a leadership/management role (Senior Manager or Director).
• Experience overseeing a portfolio with P&L and revenues up to 3–5M.
• Proven ability to turn loss positions into profitable ventures.
• Hands-on ERP/SaaS delivery leadership (not PMO).
• Partner with Product & Engineering to shape scope and priorities.
• Delivery of ERP/SaaS projects in short time-boxed cycles (<6 months).
• Strong client relationship management and renewals focus.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
• Based in Canada with 15–20% travel and availability across EST/CST/PST.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and book-of-business for a $3–5M portfolio; manage budgeting, forecasting and costs.
• Oversee delivery quality across ERP/SaaS implementations; align with customer needs.
• Lead and develop a diverse Professional Services team of consultants, analysts, and PMs.
• Act as senior escalation and relationship point for key customers.
• Allocate resources to optimize delivery capacity and margins.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Partner with Sales on scoping, pricing and positioning of new engagements.
• Drive process improvements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, CS and Support to align priorities.
