Job summary

Sparkrock, a 100% remote organization, seeks a Senior Delivery Manager / Director of Professional Services to own the P&L and a $3–5M portfolio of ERP/SaaS engagements, deciding how the delivery organization is resourced, priced, and run to protect margin. You will lead a team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers delivering outcomes and set the delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10-15 years in professional services or software/tech.
• 3-5 years in leadership roles (Senior Manager/Director).
• Experience overseeing a portfolio with revenues up to 3-5M and maintaining healthy margins.
• Proven ability to turn loss positions into profitable engagements.
• Hands-on ERP/SaaS delivery leadership, not PMO management.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering on scope and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and book-of-business for a $3–5M portfolio of client engagements.
• Drive budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management to maintain profit margin.
• Oversee delivery quality across ERP/SaaS implementations and align to customer needs.
• Lead and motivate a diverse Professional Services team.
• Act as senior escalation point for key customers and protect account health.
• Balance team resources across engagements to optimize capacity and margin.
• Partner with Sales on scoping and pricing for new engagements.
• Drive process improvements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and ensure positive experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support.
