Job summary

Sparkrock is seeking a Senior Director of Professional Services to own the P&L and book of business for a $3–5M portfolio. You will lead a team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers, shaping a delivery model that meets customer needs and protects margins.

You will partner with Sales on scoping and pricing, drive delivery excellence, and manage senior customer relationships across ERP/SaaS implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10–15 years in professional services or similar.
• Experience leading a Professional Services org, with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to turn challenging engagements into profitable accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and book-of-business for a $3–5M portfolio, budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead a diverse team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
• Set delivery quality standards and manage key customer relationships.
• Partner with Sales on scoping and pricing without direct selling.
• Drive improvements across the delivery lifecycle to speed up outcomes.
