Job summary

Sparkrock is a 100% remote software provider serving social-benefit organizations. We seek a Senior Delivery Manager to own the P&L and a $3–5M portfolio, determine delivery resources, pricing, and process models to protect margins.

You will lead a diverse team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers, shaping a flexible delivery approach that meets client needs and scales with the business.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in professional services or software/tech.
• 3–5 years leadership in Professional Services (Senior Manager/Director).
• Experience managing a portfolio with revenues up to $3–5M.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and book-of-business for a $3–5M portfolio, driving budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management to maintain healthy margins.
• Oversee delivery quality across ERP/SaaS implementations, aligning outcomes with customer needs.
• Lead and mentor a diverse Professional Services team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
