Qualifications

• Experience of working with psychological health and workplace-related issues.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience with therapeutic delivery post qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide the first point of contact for service users accessing Mental Health services.
• Conduct robust risk assessments and implement risk management plans.
• Support service users with brief goal-focused therapeutic support.

Skills

Computer literacy & ability to type fast

Bilingualism (English and French)

Client service orientation

Good telephone manner and ability to provide telephonic therapy

Ability to work well under pressure

Education

Master’s level counselling qualification

Current registration with professional body
