Job summary

GTA Budget Painting is seeking a remote Business Development Representative to drive new business through outbound outreach and lead qualification. This commission-only role offers uncapped earnings potential and requires self-motivation and strong communication.

As a remote team member, you will identify homeowners, contractors, and commercial prospects, book qualified meetings for project managers, and maintain accurate CRM activity to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation preferred.
• Strong communication skills both on the phone and in writing.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a commission-only structure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an asset.
• Experience in construction, home services, or B2B sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
• Build and nurture relationships with homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and booking targets.
