Waste Solutions Canada is hiring a remote Business Development Representative to connect with prospective customers across Canada. You’ll research targets, reach out by phone/email/LinkedIn, and book qualified meetings for Outside Sales Representatives.

Training will cover our services, sales tools, and prospecting approach. Expect a supportive team, uncapped commission, and a focus on building a strong pipeline from home.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as business development, inside sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Experience with a CRM, LinkedIn, or other prospecting tools.
• Knowledge of waste, recycling, environmental services, facilities, or property management.

Aufgaben

• Research prospective customers in your assigned markets and build targeted prospect lists.
• Reach out to prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
• Talk with decision-makers, learn about their waste and recycling needs, and explain how we can help.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Outside Sales Representatives.
• Confirm appointments and share clear handoff notes so meetings start strong.
• Follow up consistently to build a healthy pipeline over time.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives on target accounts, priorities, and feedback on meeting quality.
