Job summary

Breakthrough Academy in Canada seeks a motivated Business Development Representative to spark conversations with contractors’ entrepreneurs, build pipeline, and hand off qualified meetings to the sales team. You’ll follow proven processes, maintain CRM data, and work with a high-energy team to surpass activity targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with prospects.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to spark interest and generate pipeline.
• Work with prospect lead lists nurtured by marketing through content like podcasts and webinars.
• Conduct brief discovery conversations to identify surface-level fit and needs.
• Book qualified meetings for the Assessment team with accurate hand-offs.
• Maintain clean and complete data in Zoho CRM for every activity.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales on messaging and outreach strategy.
