Job summary

CTP (Choice Talent Partners) is seeking a proactive Account Manager based in Toronto, working remotely to manage and grow a portfolio of client staffing relationships and understand hiring needs.

You will collaborate with internal recruitment and product teams to deliver seamless service, monitor performance, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to process improvements in our fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Build long-term client relationships and own key accounts.
• Partner with clients to grasp hiring goals and roles across functions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep hiring pipelines moving.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and manage renewals.
• Monitor account performance and report progress to stakeholders.
• Roll up sleeves to tackle operational tasks and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build key client staffing relationships; report to Managing Partner.
• Analyze account performance, support budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare reports and presentations; coordinate with operations to resolve issues.
