Job summary

inBeat Agency is seeking an Account Manager to own day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of client accounts in a fully remote role. You will coordinate our influencer, UGC, creative, and paid media specialists, ensuring a seamless client experience from kickoff to delivery.

You’ll manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications, identify risks and growth opportunities, and present quarterly insights to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or client services.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts across campaigns.
• Agency experience is a plus for fast onboarding and teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship on your client accounts as their primary point of contact.
• Take a clean handoff from Sales, run the internal kickoff and lead the client kickoff.
• Hold regular client calls to stay on top of client and project health.
• Track progress, budgets and timelines alongside the Project Manager so nothing gets dropped.
• Coordinate influencers, UGC, creative and paid media teams for a unified client experience.
• Spot risks early and flag them through escalation before churn.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities with your lead and delivery teams.
• Keep scope in check and flag requests outside the SOW.
• Pull together performance insights and present QBRs aligning results to goals.
