Job summary

FMC Talent in Toronto is seeking an Account Manager to own key customer relationships with contractors and infrastructure organisations. You’ll identify opportunities to grow each account and expand into additional projects, divisions and products, while supporting onboarding and ongoing customer success.

You will operate in a remote-first role, based in Toronto, with North America expansion on the growth agenda, and a hands-on approach to developing customers in a growing market.

Qualifications

• Have at least five years’ on-site construction experience.
• Able to present to site teams and senior stakeholders.
• Apply industry knowledge in a customer-facing technology role.
• Possess a commercially minded approach with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer relationships and grow accounts.
• Work with contractors and infrastructure organisations to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts into additional projects, divisions and products.
• Coordinate with customer success for onboarding and ongoing support.
• Own quarterly and annual account expansion targets.
• Collaborate with regional team in Toronto to develop strategy.
