What We Offer

• 24 / 7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
• 24 / 7 assistance related to client care
• In home care with private clients.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Provide basic medical attention to Clients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medical team
• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and / or provide companionship and personal care
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Casual position – looking for all shifts and weekend availability as needed

Requirements

• 1 year previous CANADIAN nursing experience
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English (verbally and written); being able to communicate in other languages is an asset
• In good standing with the CNO (Registration # required)
• Current TB Screen, Criminal Record Check and Immunizations up to date
• Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
