Job summary

Tesla in Etobicoke, Ontario, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to push revenue across a designated territory. You’ll lead teams that perform, build up brand visibility, tighten up operational performance, and help Tesla’s mission through solid sales leadership, day to day.

You’ll manage regional operations to boost delivery volume and customer satisfaction, grow market share across all product lines, and ensure fast, accurate transaction flows for customers while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Great analytical ability, strong verbal and written communication, and solid sales skills.
• Ability to use data, logic and instincts to spot issues and execute solutions.
• Experience running complex processes, ideally with Lean or similar approaches.
• Prior P&L experience is required.
• Must be able to travel extensively and work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required.
