Tesla Canada London showroom is seeking a Sales Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise the sales team, and drive customer relationships in line with Tesla's mission.

Responsibilities

• You will lead the retail segment and your Tesla showroom’s daily operations and sales will be under your leadership, devoting about 40 hours per week to this position.
• Besides teams’ productivity, you will also be responsible for the store’s performance and the overall customer experience.
• To begin with, your main goal will be to maximize the total sales of your showroom, increase the brand’s market presence, and create and maintain a good image for the brand.

The Sales Manager position at Tesla will be a direct report to the Senior Sales Manager and the responsibilities that will come along with this role will be store operations management, retail team supervision and the relationship with the customers and the sales strategies setting plus marketing efforts that are aligned with Tesla’s mission of speeding up the process of switching to renewable energy sources.
