Job summary

Behr Paint Company in Canada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a 12–20 person sales team across a defined region, drive revenue growth, and build strategic partnerships with store management.

You will develop regional growth plans, manage budgets, and mentor talent while traveling up to 50% and coordinating with Behr's deployment plan. A marketing or business degree and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Coatings industry background preferred.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, mentoring and retaining sales talent.
