Kognitive Sales Solutions in Canada, in partnership with a leading financial institution, seeks a District Manager to lead our Sales and Field Marketing team. You will coach, train, and empower field representatives, set expectations, and drive regional performance through coaching and analytics.

You will collaborate with Territory Manager, oversee onboarding, monitor KPIs, recruit with Talent Acquisition, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales management in field sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to train and develop a team and drive results.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to the sales team with clear expectations and goals.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve high performance.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members to high competency.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and track performance metrics.
