TMC The Metrology Company Inc. is expanding into Alberta and seeking a high-performance business development professional to build this region from the ground up.

You will drive growth across Calgary, Edmonton and surrounding areas, owning the territory end-to-end. You’ll prospect, pitch, and close deals for 3D scanning systems, dimensional inspection services, and ISO 17025 calibration, while partnering with our technical team to demonstrate value and build long-term relationships with

Qualifications

• Prior metrology experience with portable arms, laser trackers, 3D scanning, CMMs.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (technical or industrial sales preferred).
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach and resilience.
• Willingness to travel within Alberta.
• Ability to work independently and own a territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business across Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton, surrounding industrial regions)
• Sell 3D scanning systems (Scanology lineup), dimensional inspection services, ISO 17025 calibration services
• Book and run product demos (with support from our technical team)
• Build relationships with manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, energy, and fabrication companies
• Maintain a strong pipeline and hit aggressive growth targets
