Reporting to the Director of Market Strategy, the Regional Go-to-Market Manager is responsible for driving short-term profitable growth across all portfolios within a specific region. This role ensures strategy execution and optimization within the guidelines provided by the Sr Mgr Market Strategy & RGM. The manager will also oversee the customization and optimization of the MAPPS (Merchandising, Assortment, Price, Promotion, Shelving) for their region, conduct monthly business reviews, and develop insights and action plans to meet business objectives.

What you will be doing :
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive category growth by developing channel and customer-specific strategies aligned with our commercial objectives and customer strategies.
  • Own and oversee the sales strategy, collaborating with sales and market strategy teams to define and track the execution of key strategies, merchandising, assortment, and distribution to meet regional NS and EBIT targets.
  • Lead business review routines and deliverables, providing insights and developing action plans based on market trends, competition, and white space analysis.
  • Prepare monthly promotional reviews to ensure spend efficiency, volume growth, and ROI optimization.
  • Support sales execution by developing tools and processes to maximize team potential.
  • Collaborate with the insights team to craft sell-in stories for customer presentations.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities related to pricing, promotions, mix management, pack pricing architecture, and portfolio optimization.
  • Monitor and inform about competitive pricing actions.
  • Represent the regional voice in internal processes such as innovation development and commercial planning.
  • Lead regional monthly promotional reviews with sales teams and determine promotional submissions to customers.
  • Educate the team on P&L levers to uncover focus areas and support decision-making.
  • Foster continuous RGM improvement through enhanced ways of working and tools.
  • Coach and motivate a team of two senior analysts to develop future GTM leaders, increasing productivity and responsibility.
What you bring :
  • University Degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in CPG, including Revenue Management, Sales, Account Management, Sales Strategy, or Finance, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop insights and strategic action plans, especially in pricing and promotions.
  • Financial acumen with understanding of P&L impacts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Comfort working with systems and data analysis tools, including Nielsen, Excel, and Power BI.

COMPENSATION : Budgeted Range – ($100,351.00 - $129,867.00)

This range considers experience, education, training, certifications, and organizational requirements. Base pay is part of the total rewards package at Arterra.
