Job summary

Kärcher Canada is seeking a regional sales professional to drive distributor performance across the province. You will train, retain, and recruit distributors, lead sales prospecting, and develop direct business in your geographic area.

You will present product demonstrations, support end users and distributors, travel as needed, and participate in trade shows and events to grow revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling to end users and distributors.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Willing and able to travel across the province with a trailer as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet sales revenue and profit targets.
• Build relationships with current distribution channels and prospect new distributor opportunities.
• Provide sales support including product demonstrations and training for distributors and end users.
• Support national/corporate account programs where required.
• Participate in trade shows, annual sales meetings and other marketing events.
