Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or related talent acquisition role.
• Expertise in advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray).
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
