Our client, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join their fully remote team and focus on identifying and attracting top talent across industries.

You will build robust talent pipelines, use diverse sourcing channels, conduct initial screenings, and collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to meet client needs in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or related talent acquisition role.
• Expertise in advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray).
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Utilize a variety of tools and platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and engage potential applicants.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific role requirements and client needs.
