You will manage end-to-end processes, develop strategic sourcing methods, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy, with a proven track record in senior-level placements.
• Experience with advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders remotely.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for independent work.
• Understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
