Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner over the telephone and in person.
• Answer phone calls for Union Power and FirstOntario Insurance, triaging callers.
• Clear and distribute voicemails on the main reception line.
• Distribute emails to the main inbox.
• Set up client base in broker management system for quotes.
• Keep a tally to evenly distribute sales and service requests to brokers.
• Process credit card payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain monthly office supplies inventory and place orders.
