Overview

Analytics & Insights Manager needed at Procter & Gamble, North York, Ontario, Canada.

We combine in-depth human insights and advanced analytics to influence business strategy, product design, pricing, media investments, retail, go-to-market strategy, and more. We seek a dynamic, driven individual to join our Analytics & Insights team in Toronto.

Our A&I team uses state-of-the-art analytics tools to identify key business drivers and assess the impact of investments, while also uncovering nuanced human truths through research and exploration. We ask questions such as: Who are our target consumers? What motivates them? How do we best reach them? How can we build exciting shopper experiences online and in-store?

Responsibilities
  • Serve as internal business strategy consultants to ensure quantitative and qualitative consumer and shopper insights underpin our strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand Management, Finance, Sales, and others) to explore opportunities for business growth.
  • Convey research findings clearly to key business partners at all levels and drive actionable decisions.
  • Build and communicate compelling stories from data and insights to influence strategy, product design, and shopper experiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Social Studies, or a related field; Anthropological/Psychology background is an asset.
  • 0-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in data analysis; statistical qualification is not required.
  • Work experience or certification in Consumer Research tools (SPSS, JMP) and Data Visualization/Transformation tools (Power BI, Tableau, KNIME, Alteryx) is an asset.
