Job summary

AgeCare Trilogy in Scarborough, Ontario is seeking a part-time Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide resident care per established care plans and support a safe, compassionate environment. You will assist in documenting resident information and participate in ongoing training to uphold high standards of care.

The role requires a PSW certificate/diploma and adherence to provincial standards, IPAC, and geriatric care basics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet the vocational standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
• Knowledge of simple bedside care, sanitation, and basic treatments.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring care to ensure alignment with the care plan.
• Assists in documenting resident information as directed.
• Attends in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assists in onboarding new staff as directed.
• Follows IPAC policies and procedures.
