Job summary

AgeCare Ltd. in Aurora, Ontario is seeking a Part-time Personal Support Worker to provide resident care according to care plans, and to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. You will assist with daily living activities and document care details while following IPAC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet provincial vocational standards set by authorities.
• Understand geriatric resident needs and comfort with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring resident care per plan of care and reports findings.
• Documents resident information as directed and participates in meetings.
• Adheres to IPAC policies and participates in ongoing training.
• Assists in onboarding of new staff and supports team members.
