Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatments and related bedside care.
• Must follow IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring care to ensure it aligns with the care plan.
• Document information pertaining to residents' care as directed.
• Attend in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.
• Assist onboarding of new staff as directed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment following sanitation basics.
