Qualifications

• PSW certificate/diploma required.
• Meet vocational standards by MTCU, NACCC, and OCSA.
• Knowledge of sanitation and geriatric resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring care according to the care plan and report findings to supervisor.
• Assist in documenting resident care information as directed.
• Attend in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assist in onboarding of new staff as directed.
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures.
