Job summary

COFOMO in Montreal is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data and analytics initiatives within a collaborative, hybrid work environment. You have 6+ years of managing complex programs, experience in BI/digital projects, and hold PMP, MGP or ACP certifications.

You will define objectives and strategy, coordinate teams, ensure on-time delivery, manage resources, and engage stakeholders across business lines while navigating governance and risk in a fast-evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience managing large-scale projects.
• Experience in business and project management ecosystems.
• Experience in data and analytics (BI) projects.
• Experience leading AI initiatives for predictive/analytical purposes.
• Master risk management, ideally in financial services.
• Knowledge of software integration and replatforming projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Hold PMP, MGP or ACP certification.
• Excellent communication skills and political sense.
• Proven leadership, initiative, planning and coordination.
• Master's or graduate degree in project management is an asset.
