Job summary

COFOMO Inc. in Quebec City seeks a Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects within a hybrid work setup.

The role focuses on planning, organizing and directing project resources, ensuring clear objectives and stakeholder alignment, and guiding change and risk management. The ideal candidate has over five years in project management, proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps, plus knowledge of Azure cloud environments.

Qualifications

• More than five (5) years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience in managing technology infrastructure projects.
• Experience in planning, monitoring and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency in traditional and Agile project management approaches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps tools in a project management context.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent certification in project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control the resources and activities of the projects under his/her responsibility.
• Ensure a common understanding of objectives, scope and issues among stakeholders.
• Support stakeholders in change management, risk management and customer relations activities.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables in accordance with applicable standards and practices.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including charter, project plan, schedule and monitoring indicators.
• Recommend orientations or solutions to address the issues and problems identified.
