Job summary

COFOMO, a leading Canadian consulting firm, invites a Senior Business Analyst to join its Montreal practice. You will partner with IT and business teams to analyze needs, map processes and identify opportunities for transformation.

You will develop business cases, advise governance bodies, and support the implementation and adoption of solutions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, strong communication, and autonomy in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Proven ability to analyze needs, map processes and identify gaps.
• Experience producing business cases and executive analyses.
• Strong communication, analytical, synthesis and influencing skills.
• Ability to present to governance bodies and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service is an asset.
• Autonomy, rigor and professionalism in complex environments.
