Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :*** Lead the project managers responsible for planning, coordinating and orchestrating major technology deployments associated with the commissioning of the new CTI, ensuring alignment of critical program work, dependencies and milestones;* Ensure the governance and management of the telecommunications component of the program, including the supervision of connectivity, network, data transmission and technological resilience projects;* Coach the project management teams responsible for transition and commissioning activities to ensure an integrated, safe and consistent execution with the program's objectives;* Ensure strategic coordination with the program manager responsible for infrastructure to synchronize roadmaps, dependencies, deployments and go-live of the new CTI;* Supervise the development and monitoring of the integrated deployment master plan carried out by the teams under his/her responsibility and ensure the consistency of the linkages between the different projects of the program.**The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in infrastructure and/or telecommunications program management;* Demonstrate significant experience in the delivery of complex telecommunications programs;* Experience on IT programs of significant strategic complexity ($20 million or more per year);* Have a solid understanding of the modernization and layout of ITC rooms, as well as the associated risks and issues;* Demonstrate influential leadership and an ability to mobilize IT and business teams around common objectives;* Demonstrate excellent skills in planning, coordinating and managing the complexity of telecommunications;* Strong communication skills and communicating IT concepts to senior management;* Demonstrate political acumen, strategic judgment, and the ability to operate in complex and heavily governed IT environments;* Manage high-visibility initiatives under strategic pressure;* Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, rigor, organizational and results-oriented;* Demonstrate a strong ability to adapt in contexts of digital transformation;* Hold a PMP certification or be in the process of obtaining one (important asset);* This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential to understand documentation and ensure professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
