Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects from planning through to completion
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular progress updates
• Attend project meetings and communicate updates, actions, and outstanding requirements
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, suppliers, contractors, and field teams
• Assist with procurement by providing accurate product specifications and project requirements
• Prepare and maintain project status reports and implementation trackers
